Indignant Justice stood in view;憤怒站在正義的看法;

But Justice cried, with frowning face,但法官喊道，與皺眉的臉，
“This mountain is no hiding place!” “這座山是沒有藏身之地！”
E'er long, a heavenly voice I heard,額爾長，1天的聲音，我聽到，
And Mercy's angel soon appeared;與慈悲的天使即將出現;
He led me on with gentle pace,他帶領我與溫和的步伐，
To Jesus as my hiding place!耶穌作為我的藏身之地！
Should sevenfold storms of thunder roll,如果七倍風暴雷聲滾滾，
And shake the earth from pole to pole;與震動地球從南極到北極;
No thunder bolt could daunt my face,沒有晴天霹靂能難倒我的臉，
For Jesus is my hiding place!因為耶穌是我的藏身之地！
On Him almighty vengeance fell,他全能的報復下跌
That would have sunk a world to hell!這將有沉沒的世界去吧！
He bore it for the chosen race,他承擔它選擇的種族，
And thus became their hiding place!從而成為他們的藏身之地！
A few more rolling suns at most,甲數最多滾動太陽，
Shall land me on fair Canaan's coast;我應在公平迦南地的海岸;
